Norm Maxwell

FOUNDER and Main Course facilitator

Ex-All Black, Crusader and Maori All-Black Norm Maxwell is 43 years old and is originally from the Hokianga in Northland, New Zealand. His motivation for initiating this program comes from witnessing the growing needs of our children both locally, nationally and globally. He has drawn from his own unique life experiences and with a strong network of connections has aspired to create a program with real potential, to make a positive difference.

Jesica Buezas

Co-FOUNDER and program facilitator

Jes is originally from Galicia, Spain and is both Norm’s partner and mother of their son Francis. She has a deep interest in women’s and children’s rights as well as protecting the environment and promoting sustainable living. Jes is a person who has huge empathy and compassion for others and brings another valuable perspective with a different skill set and cultural perspective. She is an invaluable member of the Aotearoa Heart Program.
